As an employee of Waterman Village, I am so fortunate to work in such a lovely, kind and caring community. When I passed through the front gates for the first time nearly twelve years ago, I was impressed then by not only how beautiful and friendly this community was. I continue to be impressed everyday. They are always finding new ways to upgrade our facilities and offer new services to our residents. Our residents are our priority and we all continue to look for ways to ensure their safety, comfort and happiness.

I feel rather amused, and angry at the same time. I worked for this company for about 1.5 months. Dione Mathis was my kitchen super. She let me go due to poor work performance. I find it amusing, that she can base her opinion in such a short period of time. And how is it that I can have a job, working in a similar situation for over 1.5 years???
I am a new employee at Waterman village and l have never been in an environment where everyone truly work together..l have been in the hospital, long term care for a period of 27 years and thus is by far the best...we are a working family here... BEAUTIFUL!!!
I visit this place frequently for business. People are extremely friendly and helpful here. The place is well looked after and maintained.
