The "fish guy" was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm setting up my first tank from the ground up and he walked me through the basics of getting the tank right with pH and bacterial culture (yes that's a thing apparently lol). Didn't break the bank either.
Great store! Always has what I need and makes shopping for my dog a breeze. If I can't find it, the friendly staff are more than eager to help.

The staff here are very helpful, able to answer questions and make product recommendations, and will go out of their way to locate items in the store for you. Decent selection; unless you specifically shop sale items the pricing tends to be a bit on the higher side for most pet food items (as compared to local grocery and variety stores, for example), but if you need advice or various pet accessories the extra few pennies per item can be worth it. Join the store buyer's club for the best deals.
Not a very helpful staff. Will walk past you a thousand times and won't ask if you need help, finally go to the desk, then maybe they will send someone. Also, they're had the same fish selection for so long. It would be great to see something new in there.
