It's been 8 days, and they just called us to let us know it will be an additional 4 more days. My family has been going here for years, never again.
My dad took his truck in for what seemed to be a simple repair. It has been over a week and Smitty has not given the truck back. In the process of attempting to fix the truck, they bent his drive shaft. My dad has been using MY car. Words cannot express how frustrating it is to have to be without a car for this long. I am in college and I have a job but I have to put my entire life on hold so my dad can drive my car to work everyday. Avoid this place at all cost, go to Hobdy's or Autozone.
Smitty's Auto Repair takes excellent care of my business and personal vehicles. The service is professional and fast. I highly recommend them.

We have waited the extra 4 days, and Smitty informed us today it will be another two. I am furious. This is unacceptable. My dad has to come out of his pockets for a rental car!! $60 a day. Unacceptable.
Update:
I stopped into Smitty's Auto Repair without an appointment due to an increasing noise level in my front left tire well. Up on the lift and they swiftly discerned that it was loose lug nuts from having a previous dealership not lock down the tire properly when the tires were rotated. While there, they assessed a small repair which I booked and had my oil changed and fluid levels all checked and was out the door in about 45 minutes.....they are honest, extremely capable and earned my customer loyalty....love this shop and will tell anyone who needs a reliable place to get all their automotive needs taken care of!
