Two days this week I've spent a half an hour each visit waiting in the drive through. I frequent this branch a lot because we have a business account and it's a nightmare. There is no easy in and out here and it's pretty bad when you have to plan 30-40 minutes of your day around waiting in line. Their commercial lane is now broken so I'm sitting in a long line again today and last week their entire system shut down so i couldn't get anything deposited. We are looking at switching banks at this point.

I hate this branch. The last 2 times i had to stop by this branch I voiced my negative opinion to the branch manager. The tellers at this branch are good and hard working, but the "Bankers and Management" are not customer service oriented and my opinion they should be FIRED, or as a minimum they should be demoted to tellers and get back in touch with the customers, and learn that "Customer Service" is why they get paid.
